A brain-friendly framework to help you set, strive, maintain and achieve goals

Science says that 92% of people do not achieve their goals. There are a number of models, such as SMART, that have been developed to help achieve goals; however, these models do not incorporate emerging evidence from neuroscience about ‘brain friendly” methods that improve goal completion. Developed by Social Neuroscientists Elliot T. Berkman and David Rock, the AIM framework integrates goal pursuit actions with neuroscience principles related to motivation, emotion, memory and habit, which are essential components in goal completion and success.

Together, via chat, video and audio when possible, you will engage in the AIM motivational goal pursuit process to set a goal, implement your intentions, and get on a path to change habits and achieve success.
