Katie Razink is a career development leader and coach who helps students and early to mid career professionals explore meaningful career paths, and take confident steps toward opportunities that truly fit.
Katie holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Career Counseling Concentration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. As a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Katie takes a strengths-based and practical approach; helping clients better understand what they bring to the table while equipping them with tools and strategies to navigate the modern job search with confidence.
Katie brings extensive experience in career coaching (12+ years), curriculum design, and program leadership through her work at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, where she leads undergraduate career development initiatives supporting thousands of students each year. Her areas of expertise include career exploration, job and internship search strategy, material preparation (resumes and cover letters) and helping individuals move from feeling uncertain or stuck to having a clear, actionable plan.
Katie focuses on helping clients build confidence, gain clarity, and take practical steps toward opportunities that feel like a strong fit.
Katie’s Interests
Outside of coaching, Katie enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, whether that’s biking, camping, or taking her Can-Am out for a spin. She also loves playing and watching sports and unwinding with a good book.
