A coaching conversation helps you generate new thinking, create learning, gain clarity in the direction you want to go, or clarify a problem you are having. Coaching helps you create a plan towards focused action, to enable you to achieve desired outcomes. Most sessions are one hour in length and include a back-and-forth discussion. Your coach will ask non-judgmental questions and provide input as appropriate. The conversation may focus on your current status, changes you’d like to make or are working to make, and actions you’d like to take.
