Science says that 92% of people do not achieve their goals. There are a number of models, such as SMART, that have been developed to help in goal setting however these models do not incorporate emerging evidence from neuroscience about ‘brain friendly” methods that improve goal completion. Developed by Social Neuroscientists Elliot T. Berkman and David Rock the AIM framework integrates goal pursuit actions with neuroscience principles related to motivation, emotion, memory and habit, which are essential components in goal completion and success. Come learn the ‘brain friendly’ AIM model of Goal Pursuit. Together we will engage in a motivational goal pursuit process that will help you set a goal, implement your intentions, reframe and change habits, and get you on a path to achieve success.
