Stop letting the world’s intensity rob you of your energy by establishing a daily practice of energy awareness, restoration and balance.

Based on a mutual desire to help people improve their thinking and feeling, Cindy Edwards, Coach and Trainer, and Jennifer Engler, Senior Consultant and Coach, have created a workshop that aims to help you understand your brain-body system of energy by teaching you techniques that promote building a daily practice of energy awareness and management.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

To ensure that you get the most out of this experience we ask that you:

  • Come prepared to do some work around Self. Don’t worry, you will not have to share in the group if you are not comfortable doing so.
  • Commit to be there for the full two hours. We would like you to experience all three tools.
  • Complete our evaluation.
